Position Description:
This is a challenging and diverse position with a unique blend of clinical, technical and marketing aspects. Be involved in creating high fidelity simulation and education solutions for the progressive clinical field of GI Endoscopy. Get to know the market and to understand the clinical needs, technical and product characteristics and market opportunities. Work with leading physicians, HW and SW engineers, QA, marketing and sales to define, develop, release and successfully bring to market new modules. 
Key Responsibilities and Capabilities:
1. Responsible for the clinical accuracy and educational value of GI training modules being developed.
2. Ability to fully understand clinical procedures: goals, workflow, difficulties, essence versus marginal, complications and technical aspects – and specify product requirements accordingly. 
3. Independently manage the product development process from definitions to launch, working closely with diverse functions across the company, primarily Software Development, HW Engineering and QA.
4. Good technological grasp, able to understand different development paths with their advantages and limitations.
5. Work closely with physicians and educators to develop meaningful training modules, including didactic materials such as video tutorials, procedural guidance and such.
6. Support commercialization and sales goals: presenting the product in company’s booth or courses at professional conferences; preparing professional materials for direct sales people and distribution network.
Requirements:
• BSc (e.g. Biology\life science\bio-medical engineering\Medical). 
• Excellent English and written communication skills is a must. 
• 2-4 years’ experience in a company with global orientation – an advantage.
• 2-4 years’ experience in R&D/marketing role in a medical device company – an advantage.
